Torch Fitness, in partnership with Valet Living, is looking for a dynamic Yoga Instructor to assist in subbing and and leading engaging 45-minute classes at a luxury apartment community in Irving, Tx starting immediately. Location: Sagemont: 2050 Texas Plaza Dr, Irving, TX 75062 Class Demographics: Enjoy an intimate class setting with an average of 3-5 motivated residents. Preferred Availability: Weekday evenings (Monday-Thursday), 5-7 PM Saturdays, 8-11 AM Compensation: $30 - $35 per 45-minute class. 100% of Personal Training Revenue. Perks: Personal Training Opportunities: Use the classes to gain personal training clients, set your own rates, and keep 100% of the revenue. Flexibility: Customize your schedule by picking up additional classes in your area based on your availability and preferences. Autonomy: Enjoy creative control over class design and teaching style, as long as it aligns with the class theme. Personal Growth: Provide individualized coaching to enhance your skills and ensure continuous development. Community Support: We handle community relations, onsite marketing, and scheduling, so you can focus on teaching. Key Responsibilities: Use our intuitive software for clock-in and attendance tracking. Provide attentive guidance to ensure proper exercise form and safety. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Motivate and lead clients through invigorating fitness classes. Adapt exercises to accommodate diverse skill levels and physical conditions. Be a positive influence within the community and establish your personal brand. Requirements: Liability insurance (required) or willingness to obtain it. Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs. Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred).
