Responsibilities:• Enroll in a course and successfully obtain your NYS Real Estate Salesperson License• Complete Monticello New Agent Training• Follow up with potential clients to build a qualified sales pipeline • Scout out potential buyers and sellers and provide them with valuable information to convert them into a client • Facilitate the entire home buying or selling process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction • Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market• Consult with buyers and sellers to find out their needs and wants in a home• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications:• Successfully complete the course and pass both the course and the NYS exam• Local real estate market knowledge is a plus• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Customer-focused • Technologically proficient and willing to learn • Team player• Full-time availability preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $110,000+ at plan yearly About Company: Monticello Real Estate is a boutique residential real estate firm with offices in Colonie and Saratoga Springs.
