Practice Area: Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 5 Years, A law firm is seeking a Negligence Plaintiff Attorney with the following responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits:Job Overview:The Negligence Plaintiff Attorney will be responsible for handling a full caseload of Negligence cases, from inception to resolution, while maintaining exceptional client interaction throughout the legal process.Job Details:Handle a full caseload of Negligence cases, from opening new files to creating litigation plansAutonomously manage a large volume of files, ensuring timely and efficient handlingConduct thorough reviews of incoming correspondence and medical recordsEngage in discovery processes, make court appearances, and actively participate in trialsMaintain exceptional client interaction throughout the legal processTravel to various commissions, courts, and conferences as neededRequirements:Demonstrated experience in handling Negligence cases of varying complexities (5+ years desired)Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleaguesMust be licensed in DC, VA, and/or MDEducation and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolBar admission in DC, VA, and/or MDSkills:Exceptional legal research and writing skillsStrong negotiation and advocacy skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsJob Location:Washington, DCBenefits offered:Competitive compensation structure with bonuses based on productionMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid short-term/long-term disability and life insuranceGenerous PTO401kFlexible workspaceEngaging multi-discipline environment For more than six decades this law firm has fought for the rights of the injured.
