We are looking for an experienced agent to help mentor new and seasoned agents. We provide agents and in-school leads to the coaching program. This is a great way to grow your real estate team alongside the coaching program. Give agents the opportunity to gain industry experience by letting them help you grow your team. Responsibilities:• Coach and teach contracts• Coaching appointments• Help recruit new agents to the office• Weekly accountability with agents• Weekly coaches meeting• One-on-one coaching appointments• Help negotiate contracts• Actively sells• Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Real estate sales experience• 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS• Training experience• Team player• Coachable and trainable• Desire to grow the real estate team• Good communication• Commission opportunity • Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
