Manage food inventory and kitchen budget, handle employee scheduling, supervise and train cook helpers and kitchen staff in food preparation, prepare and cook a variety of Thai foods as needed. 2 years of experience in any combination of kitchen manager and cook positions where kitchen management and cooking experience is gained.
