We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Greater Springfield Area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong leadership skills to oversee cleaning operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Area of Coverage: Manage employees and customers across various locations within the Greater Springfield Area. Training New Employees: Train and mentor new cleaning staff, ensuring they understand cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Follow-up Up on Customer Service Requests: Address customer service requests promptly and ensure resolutions meet or exceed customer expectations. Inspecting Employees' Work: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or janitorial industry. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
