Experience working in a medication assisted treatment program for substance use desired. Education/Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Licensed in the State of Michigan as LPN or RN Computer literacy- will use an electronic health record Physically capable of performing duties including lifting, pushing clients, carts and wheelchairs.
