RESPONSIBILITIES In this role as an Attending Physician, you will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, including other APs, NP, RNs, RPNs, PSWs, to provide medical care for residents. In collaboration with the Medical Director, provides comprehensive primary care to residents. Collaborates and consults with the Director of Care, Nurse Practitioner, nursing staff, interdisciplinary team and external resources regarding residents’ plan of care. Attends the home on a weekly basis to provide clinical care to assigned residents. Addresses resident acute and chronic care needs and provides appropriate and timely documentation.
