Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations. Job Summary: A warehouse associate will be part of our picking and loading team. Duties/Responsibilities: Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to move beverages from inventor pallets to sales pallets. Listen to an automated “voice pick” system, directing you where to go throughout the warehouse Shrink wrap palleted loads Move pallets throughout the warehouse and load them on to trucks. Preferred Skills/Abilities: Forklift experience. Ability to perform warehouse duties accurately and safely Enjoys working in a fast-paced, yet independent environment Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 25-45 pounds throughout the day. Benefits: Paid sick leave & paid vacation Health insurance after 60 days 401K matching up to 7% Discounts on beverage products Pay: Base pay is $14/hour + commission on cases picked, so most of our warehouse associates make between $17-$19/hour.
