Qualifications: π Bachelorβs degree in Nursing is required; a Masterβs in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred. π Must have 3-5 years of director-level experience in Emergency Department management. π©Ί Current RN license and BLS certification. π Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in improving patient care. Additional Information: π Full-time position with no weekends. π Direct oversight of a complex emergency service operation including main ER and multiple Freestanding Emergency Departments. π Relocation assistance and competitive sign-on bonuses available, tailored to candidate needs.
