Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested• Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Qualifications:• Prior Hotel Front Desk Night Audit Experience preferred• Knowledge of Opera preferred• Must be available to work required overnight shift 11pm-7:30am, weekends and Holidays• Excellent communication and customer service skills About Company: Located near the New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, our business hotel in Englewood, NJ offers guests well-appointed guestrooms and wonderful amenities, including free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, an indoor pool, and elegant meeting spaces.
