The senior estimator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with estimating construction projects. This includes reviewing project plans, conducting analysis of subcontractor proposals, preparing estimate forms, and projecting construction costs as well as collaborating with project managers and clients. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in construction estimatingExcellent analytical and mathematical skillsProficiency in estimating software and spreadsheet programsAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in commercial, medical/healthcare, or hospitality construction is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldRequirements 3-5 years of estimating experienceDetail orientated and strong time management skills
