Job descriptionJuneau, WI Preferred schedule? 3 hours house cleaning? 4 hours laundry (going to a laundromat)? 3.5 hours grocery shopping & other errands* Some personal care tasks take place during any or all of the above shift types; any shift which involves going somewhere includes assistance out of and into the apartment and vehicle Alternate schedule? 2 hours house cleaning? 2.5 hours laundry (1 load) with some of the housekeeping tasks while in the washer or dryer? 2.5 hours laundry (1 load) with some of the housekeeping tasks while in the washer or dryer? 3.5 hours grocery shopping & other errands* Some personal care tasks take place during any or all of the above shift types; any shift which involves going somewhere includes assistance out of and into the apartment and vehicle It doesn?t matter which day is for which of the scheduled shifts as long as it is the same each week. It will be important that the individual hired adhere to the same schedule each week. Mileage Reimbursement Wage$15.00 per hour RequirementsWilling to complete background checkValid Driver's LicenseAutomobile Insurance If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
