POSITION DESCRIPTION: As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be directly supporting Full-Line Outside Sales Representatives for key customers. You will be expected to complete Lundell’s proprietary Sale Training Program where you will be expected to learn, including but not limited to: understanding engineered prints, technical material knowledge, Lundell’s core capabilities and manufacturing processes, access to and ability to navigate key customer supplier interface portals, and Lundell’s ERP system and general sales process. This person will report to the Director of Sales and will be expected to strongly collaborate with Full-Line Outside Sales Representatives and the Customer Service Team to serve our key customers and drive profitable revenue. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Up to 3 years of selling experience Track record of exceeding goals Demonstrate a history of a sales-minded approach Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Must agree to and sign Lundell Manufacturing’s non-compete agreement PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of OEM specific sales Epicor Kinetic ERP System Knowledge Foam/Flexible material knowledge/experience Custom Fabrication / Custom Job Shop experience Bachelor’s and/or Associates degree BENEFITS: Competitive base salary and performance-based incentive programs Medical, dental, life insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account Options Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) Program ABOUT LUNDELL MANUFACTURING: Lundell Manufacturing Corporation is a family-owned custom fabricator of a wide range of flexible materials catered to the international OEM market.
