Our mission is to provide quality products to our customers while maintaining superior customer service. Job Description The Onsite Associate is responsible for stocking and maintaining all the break rooms, markets, and vending machines. Also includes cleaning and maintaining all coffee equipment, water coolers, and reach in coolers. Ability to use various inventory softwares, market softwares, and project order quantities Excellent customer service skills, problem solving, and flexibility Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Cleaning and maintenance of a variety of coffee machines at multiple locations Light technical duties – changing filters Detailed orientated Enjoy working alone but as part of an extended team Must pass a background check To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills. Displays ability and willingness to make decisions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Professional appearance and demeanor. Observe safety and security procedures. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
