Check us out at: https://www.woodgrain.com/We are looking for a area manager What we bring to you: $62,500 per year -Primarily M-F Days. Overtime is a requirement based on territory demands. TRAVEL: This is a remote position with required travel to stores daily and some overnight travel time to cover outlying areas in the region. This isn’t a desk job! Woodgrain covers 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance 401k matching, Woodgrain matches up to 3% of your base salary 2 weeks PTO and 9 paid holidays Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products What our Area Manager does: Directly supervise and motivate Field Service Representatives (FSR) to provide top quality service for their stores by accomplishing the following tasks: o Working hands on with one FSR on one route per day. Schedule and conduct weekly conference calls to train, instruct, and direct field service representatives. Schedule and conduct in-store training on safety and job performance for new hires and existing employees Resolves all issues in the stores related to Woodgrain Distribution Conducts continual FSR performance evaluations and is responsible for all disciplinary actions up to and including termination for FSRs. Recruitment duties for your area including screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. What you need to have: A Bachelor’s degree or technical undergraduate degree required and/or two to four years of management or supervisory experience. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to the service area as needed.
