We’re looking for an experienced real estate agent to learn how to help play a key role in our brokerage. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a great stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients• Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent• Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information• Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports• Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set appointments• Execute consultations• Good communication• Close sales Qualifications: • Applicants must have a real estate license• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred• One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
