ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is hiring dynamic HR Professionals to support our global Fortune 500 RPO client, a leader in the Financial Software Industry! The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our RPO client employees across North America. These opportunities are long-term/no end date W-2 Contract positions that will work 100% remote from your home office. Schedule Options (you may reside anywhere in the US but must be willing to work PST hours): Option #1: Sat/Sun 6:30am-3pm PST, Mon/Tue/Wed 8am-5pm PSTOption #2: Fri 8am-5pm PST, Sat/Sun 6:30am-3pm PST, Mon/Tue 8am-5pm PST Essential Functions Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR's services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc. Deliver world class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, to include chat/phone/case work. Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience. Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience. Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications.
