Position Overview The Mental Health Support Worker as a member of a multidisciplinary team will assist in carrying out individual service plans under the direction of the Clinical team members on the Mental Health Team. The Mental Health Support Worker is responsible for rehabilitative and supportive functions including skill building/enhancement, creation and maintenance of formal and informal support networks, linking to and maintaining formal and informal support services, provision of appropriate and accurate information and consultation with families as related to skill building/enhancement and development of supports.
