The senior accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will have responsibility for critical areas across Accounting and Finance. Candidates must have a positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work independently. Responsibilities Conduct procedures for the month end close, including the posting of month end journal entries, various balance sheet reconciliations, and expense flux analysis. Assisting with the monthly consolidation process, including posting monthly intercompany billing and payables, posting elimination entries, and reconciliation of intercompany balances. Assist in the year-end audit by working with external auditors, preparing schedules, and gathering support. Key contributor in the improvement and management of the NetSuite ERP system. Support the AR process, including assisting with collections, billing inquiries, collections analyzing the allowance for doubtful accounts, and other analysis on customer sales and outstanding accounts receivable as required. Assist the accounting team in the filing of monthly state sales tax filings. Work on ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned. Skills and Background Bachelor Degree in Accounting CPA license • 3-5 years of relevant work experience High proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, SumIf, Vlookups) Must be a self-starter, strong communication and problem-solving skills. Strong mathematical, analysis, reconciliation skills. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks. Ability to work accurately/independently in fast paced/growing environment. Ability to interact with different levels within the organization and customers. Knowledge in NetSuiteERP is a plus but not required.
