Member Experience Ambassador, Brockton Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for a Member Experience Ambassador for its upcoming Brockton location. As the Member Experience Ambassador, you will perform a variety of teller and member service function to meet the members needs as a trusted advisor with the communities we serve. A day in the life of the Branch Manager Working out of the Brockton branch, the Member Experience Ambassador will proactively engage with members, greeting them with a warm welcome and taking initiative to understand and meet their needs. You will work to meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets while educating members about the credit union's offerings. You will provide financial education on loan products, give general mortgage information, and open accounts of all types. You will act as an ambassador of the Credit Union, participating in community events and strengthening community engagement, while adding value to the members and the community. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of prior experience, preferably in a credit union environment. Knowledge of credit union products/services, and the ability to cross-sell. You will use your excellent communication skills to interact with members and staff at all levels of the organization. You will perform work with accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. You have proven technical acumen, intermediate Word and Excel skills, and the ability to operate computer, typewriter, adding machine and check scanner. You also have the ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional Saturday work and attendance at community events.
