Essential Functions: Ability to perform as GFT Instructor (VBS3/DXTRS) while also providing leadership and management of a regional GFT support team Provides local POC for COE, School Government instructors, or assigned local POCs for coordinating details of provided support staff Required expertise for all GFT Instructor skills plus proven leadership ability as Team Lead, Manager, or Chief Integrator Requirements: Active Secret Clearance (Required) US Citizen Education: BA or BS degree in Information Technology or related field Meet DoD 8570.01-M Baseline Computing Environment (CE) Certification at Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT II) Experience: 8 years' experience with Military training and training support Served at a Mission Training Complex or equivalent as an MCIS Trainer, Simulation Support Team Lead, or Network Engineer/Manager In-depth knowledge of virtual training simulators, and GFT Working Conditions: inside office on Government site Job Type: Full-Time Work Week: Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements) Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements) Overtime: as required Benefits and unique perks offered, but not limited to: Dental, and Vision Insurance Healthcare Reimbursement Account (ICHRA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(K) Matching Program 11 Paid Holidays 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Basic and Voluntary Life Insurance CGS provides reasonable accommodation so that qualified applicants with a disability may participate in the selection process.
