We are family owned and operated and continue to support our community with our family tradition of honesty, quality, and value. We are Hiring a Residential HVAC Installer! Looking for someone looking to advance their career, with steady year-round work and a supportive team! This position will be installing primarily residential equipment with the occasional light commercial install. We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. Potential annual earnings $125K What you will be doing: Residential retrofit/changeout installations Excellent customer service Supervise the work of other installers Maintaining high-quality and time job performance. What we have to offer / Benefits: Medical 70% employer paid for employee Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation - 40 hours, after 2 years 80 hours 401K 6 Paid holidays Sick pay Company vehicle / uniform / phone Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience + System Completion Bonus Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime Work Schedule: Monday through Friday Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record 2 + years of Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC Install experience Lead job experience desired EPA Universal Certification Ability to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire date Understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation Proficient at residential and light commercial installations Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings Able to size and draw duct work correctly Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box Ability to train entry level personnel Pass background and drug screen High school diploma or its equivalent Check us out online: www.quigleyac.com Experienced Installer, HVAC Installer, Installation, HVAC Commercial Installer, HVAC Residential Installer, Residential Installer
