About the Position, Senior HR Advisor The collaborative, passionate, and knowledgeable professional will: Indirectly oversee up to 3 HR Advisors. Coordinate multiple clients' accounts with the help of HR Advisors, designing ongoing value-adding activities for large and complex clients. Conduct strategy meetings with elite clients to gather relevant intel for customizing a client/empact hr partnership program that ensures success for both the client and empact hr. Conduct all analyses required to ensure clients are using best practices at a high level effectively and routinely such as workforce and skills gap analyses, professional development, and health and safety programs. Orchestrate audits of client files and documents, policies and handbook, and job descriptions, make recommendations for revision and improvement. Analyze HR activities to ensure capture of strategic HR opportunities. Advise clients on HR policies and policy revisions and customize policies to the client's specific needs. Create scalable guidance, templates, and resources. Ensure clients within your teams are properly managed along given timelines, communicate significant changes and needs to Director and other stakeholders, including Sales. Contribute to empact hr's strategic initiatives by compiling and analyzing data to identify gaps in service offerings and suggest additional income opportunities. Craft and deliver advanced training curriculum for organizations of all sizes. The Boring Stuff This is a full-time position based on 40 hours per week. Primary working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or Human Resources required. Senior HRCI or SHRM certification/designations desired. Extensive HR experience required. Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications. Leadership communication philosophy and methods knowledge required. Technical and strategic HR mastery. Must have reliable transportation as some travel is required to off-site meetings. Must be willing to travel to client locations to conduct discovery meetings, data gathering, training, and other necessary activities to support the partnership. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (or Google Drive) applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must take ownership of professional development and be willing to attend conferences, meetings, and training in support of the role.
