Position Description: TechGuard Security is hiring a Training Specialist/Advisor. This is in support of Assessment Delivery - Develop and document the process for, manage and administer, procedures to manage the certification tests, tools, and protocols. Ensure testing is delivered in an approved, proctored environment, using standardized procedures and in compliance with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as "The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990") The position requires a TS/SCI security clearance and will be supporting NGA in Springfield, VA. Requirements: 3+ years of experience. Experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area based on the specific needs of a task. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within related field Desired: At least 12 months of demonstrated experience working in the arena of applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as "The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990") Clearance Requirements: Top Secret with SCI Required This Organization Participates in E-Verify Right to Work
