At Dental Associates, we're on a mission to provide quality dental care that's affordable for everyone in the community.We are hiring for a Dental Hygienist in our Savage location. Our compensation plan allows you to make the the best wages in the industry. Responsibilities Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before and during their examination Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Clean and help protect patients' teeth Educate patients regarding the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instruction and demonstration of effective oral hygiene methods Give instructions to patients after operations and other dental procedures Take X-rays and dental impressions Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Clinical needs as required by office Clinical Requirements Minnesota Licensure and current CPR certification in American Heart Association, Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation High degree of skill with hand instrumentation Local anesthesia and root planning Certified to administer nitrous oxide PR Certification Preferred Experience We welcome new grads and experienced Hygienists Job Type: Part-time Job Posted by ApplicantPro
