Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL Status: Full-time exempt **This role is contingent upon contract award** What You'll Be Doing: Provide technical/project management of assigned projects or major phases of significant projects or programs by coordinating the efforts of assigned technical staff. Organize projects and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines. May provide management of the activities and staff of a research or technical business unit. Responsible for the overall unit performance within budgetary and schedule guidelines. May identify and recommend objectives and scope of technical projects. Communicating goals, scope, approach, and schedule to assigned personnel. Establishing budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply needs for the assigned area of responsibility. Develop and coordinate contract deliverables and reports. Prepare management plans and reports. Lead team members in completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings, and presentations. Contribute subject matter expertise and advice to the customer at a level that is typically attained via a related technical education. Must Haves: Have management experience in addition to a related degree and extensive knowledge and experience within the assigned technical discipline/area of responsibility. Typically, will have extensive knowledge and experience within the assigned technical discipline. Level I Requirements: 10-14 years of experience. Level II Requirements: 15-19 years of experience. Level III Requirements: 20-24 years of experience. Level IV Requirements: 25+ years of experience. Security Requirements: An Active Secret Clearance is required in order to be considered.
