Practice Area: Family Law - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Arizona and possess exceptional communication, writing, and research skills. Duties:Handle a caseload of 20-30 cases in family law, from inception to resolution.Manage cases involving divorce, legal decision making, parenting time, child support, and other family law matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Attend court hearings and represent clients in mediation and settlement negotiations.Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on complex cases.Thrive in a fast-paced professional environment and multitask effectively. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.2-5 years of experience practicing law, with a preference for experience in family law.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage a high caseload and see cases from beginning to end.Strong research skills and ability to analyze legal issues effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Arizona. Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Ability to manage a high caseload and see cases through from inception to resolution.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
