Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Amazing customer service skills Must pass background check EPA Universal License required, NATE Certification preferred Strong knowledge of and experience working with ductless & unitary systems Experience with Mitsubishi, Bryant and Bosch Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Basic Electrical Skills Control wiring knowledge Knowledge of proper venting techniques Knowledge of refrigeration piping/brazing techniques Familiarity with wifi thermostats & controllers Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
