LOCATION: Home based - East Coast Business Development Operations (Discovery, Pre-Clinical & CMC) As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Operations- DP&C to primarily be responsible for the support of the Business Development (BD) Team with regard to client interaction and tracking for established clients. They also serve as a point of communication with all Pharmaron service area operations teams to ensure a positive client experience and business continuity. BD Support: Quote and opportunity generation, updates/modifications, follow-up, and tracking Tracking and announcement of purchase orders (POs) Monitor open POs for budget limits and increases. Assist in generating client agreements (CDA, MSA, etc.) Primary focus on renewals Can assist with initial generation of documents as needed Inform BD on the collaboration status or any operational challenges. Salesforce Support: Ensure opportunities are entered into Salesforce correctly. Maintain and update opportunities to ensure that all information is accurate. Ensure documentation to support closed opportunities is in Salesforce. Review sales and opportunities dashboards and provide feedback to BD DP&C team and other stakeholders. Client Specialist: Create and maintain account summary and account snapshot slides for accounts: Key stakeholders (at Pharmaron and at client) Ongoing projects Funding news Strategy Coordinate and attend client collaboration meetings. Document and report meeting minutes Pharmaron/ Client Liaison: Communicate directly with Client and Pharmaron stakeholders to ensure efficient communication of project scope, progress and resolution of project concerns. Serve as an "overall" Pharmaron contact who can connect Client to appropriate Pharmaron resources as needed. Be aware of Client pipeline and development status and be able to recommend next reasonable services from Pharmaron. Work with logistics teams to coordinate the transfer of compounds internally between Pharmaron services. Create and maintain project timelines and Gantt charts as needed. Provide scientific input and recommendations as needed and based on individual expertise. Additionally: Seek out and point out opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with the BD and project management (PM) teams to provide a unified Client experience. Maintain exquisite levels of integrity with regard to clients, science and communications. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and for all work to be conducted strictly in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures Respect the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of duties performed and refrain from disclosing such information without written consent from Management, except where disclosure is required by law or by the order of a Court Requirements: MSc or BSc in life science Background chemistry or biology Ability and drive to grow the business with existing mature accounts Experience as AM would be preferred No travelling is required Why Should You Apply?
