Our top lead technicians can earn $110,000+ with spiffs! Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch with rotational on-call Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record 5+ years' experience with residential HVAC service Willingness to travel to the service area Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance EPA Universal Certification Ability to provide directions given, both verbally and in writing Ability to comply with all safety rules Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments Ability to work independently Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality service to our valued customers Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions Test HVAC systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions clearly Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and any additional recommendations Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for clients and team members Provide training to less experienced service technicians service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
