McCabe, Weisberg and Conway, LLC Who We Are Women owned law firm operating in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Florida A high volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO Nationally recognized industry leaders in the legal default servicing space What We Need Full-time opening in our West Palm Beach, FL office for Judgment Department Diverse/minority candidates encouraged to apply Update all internal and external client tracking systems with status of having Judgment entered Update client with necessary updates and communicate with client for documents needed. Prepare everything necessary to move the file towards MSJ and ensure court has all necessary document to proceed including any necessary fees associated with the Judgment being entered Complete workflow and ensure tasks are timely completed Coordinate hearings and correspond with courts regarding necessary hearings and obtain coverage for hearings Perform client requests on time sensitive matters Must be detail oriented Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of foreclosure process preferred but not required Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines as needed Why You Should Apply Seeking a team member who is driven to learn and eager for new challenges in the legal profession This position is great for any recent college graduate; high school diploma required.
