Job Title: Contracts Administrator Location : Huntsville, AL Canvas provides services to a diverse group of customers in the areas of Test and Evaluation, Engineering Services, Program & Acquisition Management, and Product Integration. We are currently seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator . Job Responsibilities: Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract awards, and modifications. Planning and managing the progression of the contracts Manages day-to-day administration of contracts and subcontracts. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions. Establish and maintain complete, well-organized contract files. Creating and analyzing funding documents. Coordinating/attending meetings with staff sections to establish requirements. Research and analysis to determine modifications required for current contracts. Liaison between COR and contract customers. Skill set that includes 1-3 years of contracts experience working with Government contracts. Required Education and Skills : Highschool Diploma Skill set that includes 1-3 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with Bachelors Degree should be in one of the following fields of study: Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Engineering, Education, or Science. Skill set that includes 1-3 years of contracts experience working with Government contracts.
