The Operations Director oversees the daily operations of the bank. This role manages the Operations Department and oversees the departmental service standards & goals for the Deposit Services/Card Services/Fraud Departments, Purchasing/Facilities/Maintenance/Mailroom Departments, and the Information Technology/Electronic Banking/Payroll Complete Departments. The Director also works to identify threats to the Bank, assess Bank vulnerability, and determine risk - implementing control strategies to reduce risk. Finally, this role acts as the Bank's BSA Officer - overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Identity Theft. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in bank operations 5 years experience in bank operations, BSA Compliance and Information Security. 5 years experience in management This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
