Mailroom Team Member Stillman Law Office is a Collections Law Firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation as well as handling non-legal claims throughout the United States. As part of the Firm’s ongoing commitment to compliance and best-level service, we are looking to add an additional Mailroom Team Member. Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Work at a fast pace for various tasks such as processing inbound material(s) and mail from the Court, attorneys, clients, etc. to the correct departments. Run delivery and pick-up of packages and mail to the post office, bank, or other location(s). Monitor and ensure the postage machine is up to date and running properly. Monitor all supplies within the mailroom. Skills and Abilities: Capable of meeting Firm and individual goals, while adhering to ethical consumer interaction processes Work in a team environment while maintaining personal excellence Strong written and oral communication skills and detail oriented Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a high-volume deadline driven environment Strong work ethic Experience: Mail sorting: 1 year (Preferred) Mailroom equipment: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Education: High School degree or equivalent required.
