Teller (Part-time) Farmington Branch LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a part-time Teller at our Farmington office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in helping members with their financial goals through our " Let's Win. Together." principle! Here at LOC, we take pride in our deep roots beginning in 1935. As an accredited finalist and winner of the Best of the Best Detroit Awards by the Detroit Free Press since 2020, we wear the recognition proudly by our continuous devotion to our membership. The ideal candidate can expect to work for a constantly growing credit union. We also incorporate "winning" into our everyday workplace culture. Our team has described LOC as transparent, evolving, friendly, collaborative, and welcoming. Duties include but are not limited to: Actively listen to members by engaging them in conversations to uncover their present or future financial needs. Ensure that members' transactions and requests are completed in a timely and professional manner. Referring and educating members on credit union products and services. Accurately and confidently open and process all account and loan types. Perform a variety of duties in the branch to support daily operations. Required Skills and Abilities: This individual must have proficient communication and organizational skills. Exceptional sales abilities. Good computer skills. The drive to help their members and our growing group of teammates anyway they can.
