Position Summary: The clinical manager will perform administrative tasks through supervision of all staff and cases and direct service tasks in line with case management. In this role, the clinical manager is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the service delivery and monitoring of confirmed survivors. The clinical manager provides leadership, supervision and support to all direct service staff and manages the client staffing/review of cases. This position conducts ongoing case and document review, performs audits, prepares reports to be delivered to Senior Management. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the client-facing and direct services components of the Juniper program at the Malouf Foundation. Assign cases and ensure survivors progress phases through the case management system. Provide administrative oversight, supervision, and support to all direct services program staff. Assist in the recruitment of new clinical staff and oversee onboarding and training for Juniper program staff new hires. Conduct monthly check-in meetings with each member of the client-facing, direct services team. Monitor compliance with phases of the program manual, including all processes and timelines, as well as service delivery. Perform ongoing case and document review and perform audits on a routine basis. This includes reporting case audits and reviews to their supervisor on a routine basis. Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly summary of cases and other information as needed. Research new providers for services to youth who have experienced trafficking and ensure the community resource guide is updated consistently. Oversee the effective and ongoing usage of the client database and ensure all documentation is entered correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain an up-to-date case census for Juniper cases. Review all case closure requests and provide final approval. Manage a caseload of 3-5 confirmed youth clients. Complete an individual care and service plan for each confirmed victim on caseload. Maintain contact with each client in accordance with program manual/protocols and conduct monthly reviews of service plans and assessments when prescribed. Ensure proper reporting and documentation of services, contacts, and communications with family and outside providers. This includes entering case notes to the client database within three business days of contact. Assist with process evaluation and quality assurance for all clinical activities. Ensure harmonious working relationships with all departments and staff and work within the mission, culture and values of the Malouf Foundation and Juniper program. Support and promote the Juniper program mission and vision by adhering to the program’s approach and living the values both internally and among the community. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Master’s level qualification in social work, the medical field, or another relevant field 3+ years of experience in a similar role reporting directly to senior management, and 3+ years of direct service, client-facing clinical work Extensive, practical experience of trauma-informed care A deep understanding of the issue of human trafficking in the context of the U.S. A commitment to diversity and inclusion both in the workplace and in client programming Experience with client management systems, monitoring, evaluation, data and reporting Leadership and supervision experience The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize and work under pressure, and will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines Reporting to: The Juniper Clinical Director reports to the Malouf Foundation Executive Director.
