Rural Health Network of Monroe County, FL POSITION TITLE: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE FLSA: NON-EXEMPT REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: High School Diploma / GED. At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Self-motivated and positive attitude Good communication skills both verbal and written Computer literate Fluent understanding, speaking, and writing in Creole, required PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Give appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics Cancel and reschedule booked appointments. Place outbound calls to no-show patients for a new appointment. Resolve issues on eMessenger; failed call report. Process all patient transfer requests Provide general information to patients regarding services, insurance accepted and sliding fee qualification Screen all dental calls and transfer them to the appropriate site Outreach to patients to schedule hospital, lab and various other follow-up appointments Other duties as assigned.
