The Mission of the Position Your primary responsibility is to properly follow up on the leads and prospects we give you to secure qualified appointments for the sales team so that you hit your given quota every month. Keep the data in the CRM clean. Job Responsibilities Show up on time and work a full 8-hour day in the office. This is not a work-from-home position. To complete at least 5 focused block hours of dials to make a minimum of 100 dials per day (400 per week/300 campaign follow-up and 100 following cleaning the list procedure). If you put in 5 focused hours, you’ll easily hit your 100 dial-per-day quota (on average, you can make 25 calls per hour). To call (follow-up) on inbound leads to qualify and book consults for our sales team. To call (follow-up) on any blog post or e-mail clicks. To make outbound calls to various lists of prospects as directed. This includes making the calls on the days they are supposed to be completed, according to that campaign’s cadence, scripts, and process. To accurately track all activities (calls, contacts, scheduled appointments, sat appointments, etc), and submit those reports by Friday, close of business, for that week. To confirm and concierge all appointments you book and self-booked appointments assigned to you. To assist in qualifying, confirming, and rescheduling self-booked appointments, including Client Technology Reviews. To follow up on no-shows and cancellations to attempt to reschedule them. To keep detailed notes on calls and communications in our CRM. To use the CRM, AppointmentCore, dialer, and other software technology CORRECTLY by following the process. Monitoring the Keap Widgets and following the steps are directed for you to do. To prepare and send pre-meeting materials to appointments you book. To complete all tasks set for you in the CRM on time and as directed. Maintain the database in CRM, by cleaning, updating, and putting contacts in the correct status. This role is the owner of the database within the CRM. List cleaning on Monday and Friday afternoons. Be aware of all current mailings and promotions so you can answer questions when asked by prospects you’re calling on. To be a serious student of the sales playbook and process so you follow it to the letter, offering suggestions on improving it. Participate in weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to report your progress, provide input on campaigns, report problems, and get help with your challenges. To actively participate in TechSage Solutions Training programs. Know and understand all the products and services TechSage Solutions offers. Follow the Operating Structure (ninety.io) Maintain your role scorecard within ninety.io Action items are completed in 7 days in time for the next meeting Create your Quarterly Rock for each quarter based on yearly company goal. Live the Core Values Servant Attitude Process Driven Extreme Ownership Excellence Driven for Success KPI Calls per week for campaign call downs Clean List 100 per week (Monday and Fridays), including call verification (to clarify, when calling for verification, you should provide a reason for calling, like Small Business Tech Day as an example).
