A Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of a building's general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to residents. Their duties include cleaning floors, cleaning common areas, final cleaning ready units, etc.. A Housekeeper needs to clean the work area to the standards of their employer. Housekeeper Duties Include: Mops, dusts, vacuums and removes trash. Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to employer standards. Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies. Keeps housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion. Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to supervisor. Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Housekeeper Qualifications: High school diploma or GED certificate At least one year of experience with corporate housekeeping Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents Attention to detail Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods Ability to maintain confidentiality
