DAY-TO-DAY This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday , but overtime and weekend work is occasionally required . As an HVAC Customer Service Manager, you ensure that our customers have consistently excellent experiences every time they work with us. A leader in our business, you oversee and expand our team of customer service reps and dispatchers. You hire, train, and supervise your staff, equipping them with the knowledge, guidance, and support necessary to provide exceptional customer service as they dispatch service calls and communicate with clients. Creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), you ensure that your team is meeting our standards for excellence, and you provide motivation and feedback when necessary to keep them on track. You communicate regularly with senior management, providing thoughtful reports and recommendations to help us better serve our customers.
