BECOMING OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER Imagine your day at Chaupain Bakery as you oversee operations with precision, ensuring compliance with company standards. From recruiting and mentoring to managing inventory and facilitating seamless service, your leadership sets the tone. You're the face of our location, introducing the food, navigating customer orders, and maintaining a calm work environment. Your hands-on approach, paired with a focus on profit margins and exceptional customer service, contributes to the success of each shift. You become an integral part of our vibrant team as you reply to customer Yelp reviews, conduct daily inventory and cash control procedures, and lead by example. Here's what we need from you: 3+ years of casual dining management experience Strong leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and managing hourly employees Knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant industry, inclusive of P&L statements and cost management as well as creative ways to increase sales Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and cash handling Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and be mobile for long periods Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Hands-on personality with great communication skills Reliable transportation READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP AS OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER?
