We're looking for someone with management experience in the food service industry to effectively support our general manager. This restaurant management position earns a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year , depending on experience. DAY-TO-DAY This restaurant management position is full-time and typically works a combination of day and night shifts with 2 days off guaranteed each week . As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you are the second line of defense that provides support to our general manager. You assist in implementing procedures that optimize our business, ensuring that our goals are met. A natural leader, you oversee your team and offer suggestions for improvement as necessary. Dedicated to the team, you build great working relationships with both front-of-house and back-of-house employees. You have excellent customer service skills and can handle any guest conflict with ease. Additionally, you step in as needed to cover for other team members. You love working with our fantastic team and take pride in the part you play in keeping our restaurant running smoothly!
