What you'll be doing: Work with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to provide unique insights into our data. Act as primary point of contact for business insights, consulting, and supporting various business partners in the development of their optimization roadmaps. Build and maintain C-Level facing dashboards and reports. Be a liaison with several cross-functional teams, co-creating learning center from optimization insights development and delivering results. Help streamline and document our data science workflows. Develop models that can be used to make predictions and answer questions for the overall business. Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. What you bring to the table: Communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical business leaders. Comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with concurrent projects. What's needed- -Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, engineering or equivalent. 3+ years of experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau / PowerBI or other data visualization tools. What's needed- -Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in stats, applied math, or related discipline. Experience building or maintaining ETL processes.
