CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed substance abuse counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position for 15 hours per week. While the primary role of the Onsite EAP Clinician is to provide short-term solution-focused coaching and consultation to employees, the Onsite EAP Clinician may also participate in additional company-related activities, as requested. Primary Responsibilities Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person) Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions Provides Management Consultations Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction Required/Minimum Qualifications Masters Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Expertise in the assessment of alcohol and substance abuse issues and referral to clinically appropriate treatment Training in Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) or similar evidence-based approach Post-Graduate Clinical Experience Current Independent State License to Practice Current Malpractice Insurance Fundamental Understanding of MS Office Experience in Work-Related Issues EAP Experience Preferred CEAP a Plus CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.
