Clancy and another cat were found outside a building in Wilmington. They had no shelter except for tree that they were laying under. People had been leaving cans of food for them but that was no way to live. We rescued them and placed them in a foster home. Clancy was neutered, received his rabies and distemper shots and was treated for fleas and dewormed. He is negative for feline leukemia and FIV (aids) He is very sweet and gets along with other cats.If interested in SWEET Clancey or any other of our castaway cats, please fill out our application at castawaycatsde.com Thank you!Adoption processIf you are interested in meeting one of our cats, you can fill out our online adoption application at www.castawaycatsde.com. Once we receive your application we will contact you with any questions we may have, and then will set up a day and time for you to meet the cat/cats. Once a match is found for your family, there is an $85 adoption fee. This fee covers spaying/neutering of your cat, worming, all shots including rabies, ear mite and flea treatment, and Feline Leukemia and AIDS testing. All adoptions are done on a trial basis so we can be sure everyone is happy.
