Job description: Plant Engineering ManagerHighly respected Multi-billion-dollar, Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods manufacturer seeks an accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their flagship facilities.Join their dynamic and innovative team as Plant Engineering Manager and take your career to the next level. In this role, you'll lead and manage multi-billion-dollar projects, with budgets up to $50M in this highly visible plant. You'll be given the chance to put your skills to the test, with projects like the $25M energy-saving investment, one of the largest of its kind in California.Youll be encouraged to think creatively, bring new ideas to the table, and take your career to the next level. You will provide technical solutions to problems, and recommendations for Capital improvements ranging from $20M-$50M.As part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the Plant Manager, you will mentor and manage two direct reports and project contractors.Don't miss this exciting opportunity to make your mark on a global leader in the industry.This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers fast-track career advancement.Compensation: $100,000 - $155,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k + strong benefits.Location: Modesto, CA. Excellent relocation packageResponsibilities: Develop capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance. Resource Capital Projects with Corporate Engineering $20M-$50M annually. Participate in and lead projects to improve safety, quality, costs, and customer service. Help the plant achieve financial goals. Conduct internal systems audits. Provide Project and Technical support. Qualifications: Qualifications: Engineering Degree or related degree + manufacturing experience 10+ years of experience in manufacturing. Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills. Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule and during weekends and holidays as needed. Continuous Improvement experience is required.
