Job Title Head of Key Opinion Leader Engagement Job Description Head of Key Opinion Leader Engagement The Head of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement for the Peripheral Vascular & Procedure Solutions businesses drives KOL engagement including, but not limited to, the following areas of the business: clinical, regulatory, R&D, education, societies, policy and advocacy, and formal advisory boards. This critical role is responsible for bringing the physician voice into cross-functional activities that drive the vision and success of each business. Your role: Design and implement world-class global KOL engagement strategy. Partner with business leaders to engage KOLs in business strategy-managing selection, partnership, and internal engagement. Lead the global business and product-specific advisory boards, from creation to implementation. Develop and lead the global society strategy-partnering with events team and clinical, reimbursement, and marketing leadership. Contribute to clinical strategy through identification of key physician partners and driving impact. Support regulatory strategy in connecting regulatory team with KOLs and discussion with global regulatory bodies (FDA, BSI, PMDA, CMPA, etc.). Support medical education team in aligning KOLs with education strategy-both attending and Fellows. Contribute to overall business strategy and reputation management. Travel estimated approximately 30% of the time. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 10+ years of medical device marketing, KOL engagement, or sales experience. You have an understanding of peripheral vascular and out-of-hospital spaces, and established KOL relationships in these areas. You have the ability to influence others, and have excellent interpersonal skills to be effective in a matrixed organization and with customers. You're a strong team player that works effectively on cross-functional teams, with medical and non-medical professionals at all levels, and in an international environment. You've obtained a Master's degree (preferred). Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $143,500 to $246,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
