The Headlines: In the role of Shopper Marketing Manager (15 mth contract) working in Toronto, ON you will be a part of the Shopper Marketing Team. You will be accountable for leading the development, communication, and evaluation of through the line solutions for shoppers of your designated brand portfolio, in the on premise and retail channels that put our strong portfolio of brands at the forefront. These solutions must be rooted in brand, shopper, and channel insights and must influence shopping behaviour and deliver value and sales for our customers and our company. This position reports to the Sr Manager Shopper Marketing and works very closely with internal and external stakeholders through the value chain to deliver solutions that drive profitable growth for our retailers and grow MCBC’s share of category and channel. The Responsibilities: Be an expert at our shoppers needs, their occasions and their journey Know your assigned brand(s) inside out from strategy to creative guidelines Working collaboratively with cross-functional partners, you will lead the development of shopper solutions rooted in insights and brand fundamentals of your assigned brand(s) to influence purchasing behaviour You will develop strong briefs and work with external.
