Job Overview:The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will be responsible for handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation. MA experience is also helpful. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and excellent professional recommendations are essential for this role.
